When you complete a project brief or contact LEXO Studio, we may collect your name, company, email address, project type, requested visuals, project timeline, intended use, available materials and any message you provide.
If you send plans, sketches, reference images, site photos or other files by email, those materials are used to understand and quote your project.
How The Contact Form Works
The website contact form opens an email draft addressed to LEXO Studio. It does not submit information to a backend service and it does not upload files from the website.
If you select files on the website, you must attach them in your email client before sending. Selected files are not automatically attached, stored or uploaded by the website.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, understand project scope, communicate about services, and deliver visualisation or marketing imagery work if you choose to proceed.
Sharing And Storage
Project information is handled for business communication and service delivery. We do not sell your personal information. We may use standard business tools such as email, cloud storage and project communication systems to manage enquiries and project files.
Your Choices
