No Automatic Service Engagement
Submitting an enquiry, preparing an email draft, sending project materials, requesting a quote or discussing a possible project does not require LEXO Studio to accept the project and does not create an exclusive engagement, agreed price, delivery commitment or service contract.
A paid project begins only when the parties accept the relevant quotation, proposal, service agreement or other project terms in writing.
Paid Services And Separate Client Terms
Paid visualisation services may be governed by a quotation, proposal, confidentiality agreement and separate Client Service Terms. Those documents may address scope, client inputs, fees, GST, revisions, timeframes, approvals, intellectual property, usage licences, portfolio permissions, confidentiality, cancellation, payment, project suspension, source-file treatment and dispute resolution.
If an accepted project document conflicts with these Website Terms on a matter concerning the paid service, the accepted project document applies to that matter.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, layout, text, graphics, photographs, renderings, visual studies, video, animation and other content are owned by or licensed to LORIX Australia Pty Ltd. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation purposes.

Client And Third-Party Designs

Displaying a visualisation does not mean that LEXO Studio created or owns the underlying architectural design. All third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Enquiries And Materials You Submit
If you send plans, drawings, models, photographs, reference images, logos or other material, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it for the enquiry or requested project and that the proposed use will not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
You give LEXO Studio a limited permission to review and use submitted material to assess the enquiry, prepare a quotation, communicate with you and, if engaged, provide the agreed services. Submission does not transfer ownership of the underlying material and does not automatically give LEXO Studio permission to publish it in a portfolio.
You must not send unlawful, malicious, misleading, confidential or personal information that you are not authorised to disclose.
Acceptable Use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, bypass security measures, overload the website, impersonate LEXO Studio, use the website for unlawful activity, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the website or unreasonably burdens its infrastructure.
